Description
Roussanne is a white variety originating from the Eastern slopes of France. From the sandy soils of Tooperang in the Southern Fleurieu wine region, this variety has found its’ new home.
Clay amphorae have been used to ferment and mature this wine thus providing a natural form of bâttonage, bringing the texture and delicate aromatics found in many of the world’s best white wines.
White stone fruit and herbal tea align with an oyster shell minerality, softly textured with perfectly balanced acid. Enjoy this wine as a starter to your evening or with white meat or fish.
